Happy Thanksgiving Week! I hope you are all getting to spend time with loved ones on this wonderful holiday. I’m lucky enough to be joining with family at the same old homestead where I was raised. There is something special about going “home!”
Since it’s such a busy week, I decided to do something different by listing some gift-giving ideas for the upcoming holidays. In the spirit of giving back, I’ve also lowered the prices of my own books.
It's my way of saying thank you and will perhaps allow you to escape with a book for a few hours over the holidays.
After The Big Meal
After filling up on turkey and other goodies on Thanksgiving, many people will turn their thoughts to Black Friday.
For those who are thinking about finishing (or starting) your Christmas shopping, I hope these ideas provide some inspiration.

Scale Your Travel Blog Course: This one could be considered a gift to yourself. It’s how I am able to travel and tour historic sites that I would otherwise never be able to afford. I added it to this list at the last minute because it has changed my life. If you’re looking for a change in 2024 or just want to make some extra money on the side, I highly recommend it.
I am so thankful for each and every one of you! I truly wish you and yours a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving Day!
Back to regular posts next week! Don’t miss the historic and stunning Mohonk Mountain House in the Hudson River Valley. Lots of photos of the resort inside and out!
