So much to history to explore and places to see just in my home state of Pennsylvania.
I’ve put together a list of some of my favorite historical sites in PA — but I’d love to hear yours. (Including from other states, so that I can add them to my must-visit list)!
Top 3 PA Historical Sites
The most popular Pennsylvania historical sites are Gettysburg National Military Park, Valley Forge Historical Site and Independence National Historical Site in Philadelphia.
(And make sure you visit the Museum of the American Revolution if you’re visiting Philly).
Even though I’m from Gettysburg, I have to say my favorite historical town is Bethlehem, Pa. There is so much early American history there, including the oldest bookstore in the world and the historic Hotel Bethlehem.
