I visited Valley Forge National Historical Park on a beautiful spring day, so it is hard to imagine the terrible conditions the Continental Army faced in the winter of 1777-78 when they were encamped there.
It is a beautiful park to drive through, but walking or riding a bike helps you to see things you might otherwise miss. (It’s on my bucket list for this summer)
